On 20 of May, US Treasury Department has classified six people on the list of terrorist financiers, they have been listed on the blacklist of terrorist organizations, including the governor of the Albidaa Nayef al-Qaisi, in order to obstruct fundraising efforts for terrorist organizations, including Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, and Daash in Yemen.
 
the Observers seen that the decision  is politically decision to put pressure on the coalition and legitimacy in Yemen, to prevent any military action that will lead to decisive war in Yemen, as well as conferring the coup legitimacy on the ground.
 
The decision is consider as the second decision that targeting Salafi leaders in less than two years, after the decision of the relevant authority against the leader of the Salafi Abdulwahab Ahumaighani who has classified as supporter for terrorism during the year 2014.
 
Naif al-Qaisi, belongs to the  moderate Salafi movement,  was appointed by President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi in the 28 of December as the governor of ALbidaa province, and also was the leader of the Popular Resistance in the province.
 
And It is believed that the man has a link between the popular resistance in the province and the Saudi side to manage the military operation against the militia of al-Huthi in the province.
 
Embarrass the legitimate government
 
Commenting on the decision, the member of the Political Forum for Democratic Development Fahad Sultan: said, "The timing of the decision whose done by the US Treasury accused the governor of the Albidaa province Nayef al-Qaisi who appointed by presidential decision of the head of state, confirms that it is politicized and holds more than one message most notably embarrass the Yemeni government in Kuwait consultations."
 
pointed in his statement for  (AlmawqeaPost) that: "The United States is not satisfied with the nature of the conversations that take place in Kuwait, due to the Yemeni situation after the start of Alhazem storm in late March last year, disturb the scheme which was attending to Yemen, although, some great leaders in legitimacy were part of that. "
 
He believes: "The prolongation of these dialogues reduces the chances of a solution and reach a settlement, and the intransigence of the rebels delegation comes a from the regional and international countries supervised  on the situation in Yemen, which attempts to drop the Security Council resolution or disabled 2216."
 
He added, concluding his speech: "unless there is a real timed Dialogue in Kuwait and begin real steps to resolve the Yemeni crisis, the situation would not be in favor of the legitimacy primarily, and the US Treasury's decision will impact the attitude of a number of countries in the world, and also the Security Council, which may come out with a decision or statement empties the previous decision of his content. "
 
 Make the way for militia
 
For the human rights activist Mohammad Ahmadi the decision was also a considered as politician decision, emphasizing  in his speech (AlmawqeaPost) that the decision comes in the context of US policy in Yemen, which requires making the way suitable for the militia al-Huthi in order  to complete controlling the country through violence and coup, in the framework of the project Iranian-American in the region, aimed to enabling the sectarian minorities from power, and crush Sunni communities, which are seen, according to Ahmadi in his speech (Almawqeasite) as accused of starting the production of the so-called "terrorism"

"
 
Ahmadi also noted that: "the legitimate government is concerned to issue a statement denouncing this decision unjust and politicized."
 
The reactions of the Salafists
 
 many of salafist belonging and leaders  in Yemen denounced that decision, even the rashad party did not declare anything regarding the decision, which is considered the political face of the Salafis in Yemen except some of publications for the Salafi leaders in social media.
 
  Commenting on the decision the Secretary General of the Salafi party Al-Rashad Abdul Wahab Ahumaighani wondering about the terrorism and its  definition “writed that in his facebook page”
 
He said that the definition of terrorism as a phenomenon has not been decided so far, adding: The term terrorism, is a political  term, has nothing to do with the international legal.  "
 
 Ahumaighani, who was sentenced to a similar decision in the year 2014: Do you remain our countries and our leaders, political and community strengths, watching it without serious activate the command and discussed clearly with the Islamists, and with the decision-making circles in those countries, and put an end to this homogenization of the issues, and the charge outside the circles and powers of the judiciary. "

The demonization of America
 
 General director of the Rushd channel belongs to the Salafi   Abdullah Alnhidi said in an article that is not arbitrary and assumptions and illusions.
